Booking without the mystery quote

   Pick your event date(s) first — you'll see if Shaun is free — then confirm the venue.

2. Step 02

   Tell us about the event

   Name the event and share a quick todo list so we know what the day needs to feel like — before any rates.

3. Step 03

   Choose what you need

   Every booking includes the race-day MC base rate. Add only the extras your event needs; each line is priced before it hits your quote.

4. Step 04

   Get an official quote

   VAT-inclusive base + add-ons + travel surcharge based on venue distance. Locked with a reference.

5. Step 05

   Sign in & confirm

   Email OTP login, accept the cancellation policy, and pay your deposit (or submit for approval if travel dates clash).

6. Step 06

   Deposit hold

   Once approved, you have a limited time to pay the deposit before the date is released.

7. Step 07

   Statement of Work

   After deposit, your SOW and deposit receipt are available in My Bookings.

8. Step 08

   Balance

   Pay the remaining balance online or by EFT before your event (reminders sent 14 and 3 days ahead).
