- Is the deposit refundable?
- The deposit is non-refundable once paid. You must accept this policy before paying. See the full wording shown at checkout and in your Statement of Work.
- What happens if I do not pay the deposit in time?
- Your date hold expires automatically and the booking is cancelled. You will receive email warnings before expiry when possible.
- How is travel cost calculated?
- Travel surcharge is based on round-trip distance from our HQ to your venue, with a buffer distance included in your base quote.
- Can I pay the balance by bank transfer?
- Yes. When your balance is due, bank details and your booking reference appear on your booking detail page. Mark payment as submitted and we will confirm once received.
- How do I cancel?
- Use "Request cancellation" on your booking detail page. Cancellations are reviewed against our policy — paid deposits remain non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
- Where are my documents?
- After deposit, download your SOW and receipts from My Bookings or the booking detail page.
